Hi friends,
Christine Collister & I conclude our North & South tour with a bunch of dates in Qld this week.
We can never take for granted the power of music to uplift and heal. We made emotional visit to Yatte Yattah (near Milton, NSW) last week - a village caught in the recent firestorms - and viewed the remains of the once beautiful house belonging to our friends Ian & Fiona. Afterwards, our concert for their community elicited both tears, and joy.
After losing everything in the fires, Ian said to me: 'Music is the only thing that makes sense anymore'
