The tour with Christine Collister has taken us far & wide, from full-house in Nanango to standing ovations in Port Fairy... Brisbane - Sydney - Melbourne...and back again!
Its been a wonderful journey, with both Christine & I sharing the pleasure of seeing a new project coming to fruition, with such enthusiastic support from patrons at our shows. For this we are truly grateful!
Here are excerpts from a couple of recent reviews:
"...I can't get that beautiful music from Saturday night out of my head. I kept thinking 'This is as good as it gets'.
Christine Collister's singing was powerful and emotional, shifting effortlessly from soft and angelic to knock you out Janice Joplin style. Michael Fix's guitar was equally superb. He provided tasteful support in the most charming way and would then then explode into amazing virtuoso runs across the finger board, all impeccably tasteful and clean." Michael Fine, Feb 2017
"The very first note that Christine sang had all of us covered in goose bumps and holding our breaths... I struggle for the exact words to describe the rawness, the gutsiness, the amazing soul, which came out not only in her voice but also in the emotion, she put into that song....
...There was a great mix of originals and covers all of which took us down a path of reflection and joy. Each and every song left the audience breathless and sometimes the applause took a few seconds, as we were still so absorbed in the effects they had upon us." Lynn Cowie Feb 2017
